Boulevard Bridal Fashion Show

I was invited by Busana Keronsang Bridal Boutique to be a part of the team for the bridal fashion show at Boulevard, Miri today. I did the makeover for 2 models. One was wearing Malaysian laced kebaya and the other one was wearing dress for Bali's wedding.
No before-photo of the girls since we were running out of time due to the sudden change of the show time. More pictures will be uploaded later.

It's been a while and now I'm back holding the makeup brush again! I won't go that far since the new working life in Miri is so tough. But, it is nice to be back in action. Hehe....So, here's Kak Laily, one of my housemate in Miri.

28 March 2008 - This is Zaleha again on her reception day. A local photographer was hired during the day so I didn't snap much pics. I'll try to update more pics in the future (can't promise as I'm leaving for Miri so soon)

This is going to be my last makeover (at least for now). Need to transfer all the commitments to my new job as an engineer in an oil and gas company. I might do a come back one day which I don't know when yet. So just wait and see. Au revoir

15 March 2008 - This is Ayu on her reception day at Kuala Besut, Terengganu. Sekali lagi I am destined untuk makeup orang yang mana majlisnya memerlukan semua orang terpaksa rushing2. Luckily Ayu nak makeup yang super simple jek. Terlupa nak amik gambar before, so I just put the before-pic of hers that I took during the trial makeup session before this :

Zaleha's Solemnization

13 March 2008 - Alhamdulillah, my bro akhirnya selamat dijodohkan dengan Zaleha semalam jam 9++ pm di rumah pengantin perempuan. Situasi agak kelam kabut at first sebab imam datang awal sejam dari tentative. Pengantin lelaki belum sampai lagi. Mekap pun belum sempat siap. Baru lepas letak eyelash, till tergam mata Zaleha tu sekali However this is Zaleha on her big day

Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly after that. Majlis selesai jam 11.30 pm. I'm so happy for them walaupun tersangat penat. Sempat jugak tengok diorang kawen before terbang ke Miri
Btw, semalam pihak perempuan takde panggil memana photographer. My cikai kamera lak performance dia sangat buruk when there isn't enough lighting especially during the night time  So, please bear with the ugly pictures (actually those pics are for my bro's friends who stay abroad and requested me to put them up here)  Anyway, selamat pengantin baru to both of them

Rosmawati's Wedding

9 Mac 2008 - Another makeover a day after the election day This time was for Rosmawati's wedding at Kg. Duyung, K.Trg. Actually, mekapkan Rose nie 2 kali, sekali waktu pagi untuk acara makan beradab and sekali lagi waktu malam untuk upacara bersanding. But since the makeup and hairdo sama jer untuk siang dan malam tue (except the eyeshadow colour) I just put the pic untuk acara bersanding malam tue. Yang siang tak sempat amik gambar proper sebab kena bergegas ke rumah Azharina pulak :

Azharina's Wedding

9 Mac 2008 - Went to Manir, K.Trg untuk makeup puan Azharina nie (hehe..). Her husband, Fariz rupa-rupanya engineer Petronas jugak. If tak kene hantar ke Miri, Kunaz sepatutnya akan satu department dengan Fariz. Hehe.. So this is Azharina before and after makeover :

Nie actually makeup untuk outdoor shooting by Avicenna Studio. Makeover nie terpaksa dibuat dengan rush giler (less than 30 minutes) sebab they were running out of time masa tue. And it was my first time tolong groom-kan pengantin lelaki sekali.
To Azharina and Fariz, congrats yer. Seronok tengok both of you haritue. So sweet Again, selamat pengantin baru and semoga kekal hingga ke akhir hayat. To Fariz, if datang Miri nanti jangan lupe ajak Rina singgah rumah yer. Hehe...

Nonex's Engagement

29 Feb. 2008 - I closed my February by doing a makeover for a friend, Nonex. She's been engaged since August last year but today, Nonex and her fiance had arranged another "re-engagement" at my house. Here is Nonex before and after makeover :

Owh, sangatlah kelakar actually. My house dah jadi studio pulak harinie and my mom jadi director suruh diorang posing macam2. Di samping menambahkan koleksi gambar pertunangan, they're going to choose one pic to be put in their wedding cards (I don't know which one yet). Nonex was planning to hire me for her wedding on May, tapi tuela, dah kat Miri time tue. Anyway, congrats and good luck yer Nonex May nanti. Sori tak dapat datang!!!
